NORMAL GRADE INCREMENTS
Based on the above scale of pay Increments are granted every year on completion of one year of service. EOL and DIES NON will not count as service for the purpose of release of increments, which are postponed accordingly.

Normal Grade Increments shall always fall due on the first day of the month following that on which the employee completes 12 months of service from the date of appointment or the date on which his last annual increment accrued or the date of promotion .

The date of normal grade increment in the case of an employee promoted to higher grade will be the first day of the month following that in which the employee completes 12 months of service from the date of fixation of salary in the higher grade.

Normal grade increment would be granted during the period of probation also in the case of Class I Officers even if their probationary period is extended.

PLLI

The Central Government has while revising the pay scales and other service conditions of officers/employees of the Corporation vide Notifications dated 22.06.2000, introduced the Productivity Linked Lump sum Incentive (PLLI) for officers/employees by inserting Rules 9C, 10B & 13A in Revision Rules of Class I Officers, Development Officers and Class III & IV employees respectively.

The payment of PLLI is calculated on various parameters as decided by the Board from time to time. Marks are granted for every target that is reached as per the decided parameters.
